Some network software might not allow you to administer your wireless connection directly through “windows wireless network connection” feature, and you will be prompted to enable the Windows Wireless Zero Configuration, but how to do it’s not obvious: the message doesn’t tell you how.
That’s a way:
Start – Run
TYPE:
%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd
ENTER
and then just type:
services.msc /s
(attention, there is a space after “msc” …)
ENTER
Double-click on the option labeled Wireless Zero Configuration
Then, go to the Startup type list and click “Automatic”. Click “Apply” to confirm the changes
Then, click “Start” in the “Service status” section and “OK” to apply the changes.
